Photos for Cover Contest for Brockton Parents Magazine up for Voting! Enterprise features CCB Block Party on Wilson Street!
The photos for the next cover of Brockton Parents Magazine are up for voting on Facebook. Simply "like" the photo you wish to see win.
We also had The Enterprise come to the block party on Wilson Street. While there they compiled a photo gallery of the neighborhood enjoying some time together. The gallery can be found here.

Extended Photo Contest
The photo contest has been extended for the next issue of Brockton Parents Magazine until July 15th! Please submit the pictures of your family (foster parents and grandparents are stronly encouraged to send their photos as well) to brocktonparentsmagazine@gmail.com for the chance to be on the cover of the next issue!

We are looking for parents to become involved with the Brockton Parents Magazine! This could be sending a photo of your family for the cover contest or writing an article for a future issue. If you are interested in joining this opportunity please email us at magazine@ccbrockton.org or call 508-583-5631.
Block Party planning for the summer is also underway! Call Christophanie at 857-244-4408 or email juliana.langille@ccbrockton.org if you are interested planning this fun community building event in your neighborhood! We will supply you with hamburgers, hot dogs, paper products, water, children's activities, and community resources. If you would like the following at your block party you will need to provide the following items: desserts, condiments, facesoda, grill, tables and chairs.

Photo Contest Announced!
Do you want to see a picture of you and your child on the cover? We are holding a photo contest for the front page of the next issue!
Please email a picture of yourself with your child or children. We are not looking for the perfect family. We want to see your photos of your Brockton family whether it is nontraditional or traditional, it’s still a family. Grandparents raising children and fosters parents are also encouraged to submit pictures. Before pictures will be uploaded to Facebook for voting, a signed release will be needed. The forms will be available on the website soon.
Remember, the next issue is coming out in late August and will be a fall/back to school theme. Please email your family photo to magazine@ccbrockton.org. Once we have the photos we will upload them to Facebook. The photo with the most likes will be the cover of the fall issue. To like the photos you must first like the page for Community Connections of Brockton. So spread the word and good luck!
