The Better Beginnings program at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital reaches out to pregnant women who may not have access to health care and provide resources for prenatal care, including: Information on how to access healthcare resources; Assistance scheduling initial prenatal visit; Providing interpreter services when needed; Help in navigating insurance; Arranging transportation to and from prenatal appointments; Assistance following birth to arrange child care or other social services. Our multicultural advocates visit community-based facilities to educate women about the importance of prenatal care and invite them to receive care at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital.
